CT's State Ordinance Regarding Signs/Posters on Town Trees/Telephone Poles
Please be advised that state ordinance (SEC. 23-65) prohibits attaching any type of sign or poster on town trees and/or telephone poles. Should this occur more than once, you may be issued a $50.00 fine fore each sign. Thank you for your cooperation.
