Employment Opportunities
How to Apply for a Job
Every employment submission requires a signed job application. Applications may be obtained from the Department of Human Resources at Stratford Town Hall, or on the Human Resources website. Resumes should also be included along with the employment application, if available. In the Employment History Section, you may state “see resume” in the “work performed area”, but all information in that section and on the application must be completed. When a job is posted, applications will be accepted only until 4:00pm on the closing date listed on the job posting. When vacant positions become available, they will be posted on this site and on the bulletin board outside of the Human Resources office. Applications submitted after the closing date on the posting, will not be accepted.
Applications that are submitted for posted full/part time, temporary or seasonal work positions will be kept on file for six (6) months from the date of submission.
